Chance to Dance

Introducing 'Chance To Dance,' an inclusive and accessible class at Perranporth Academy of Performing Arts. This class is specially designed for neurodivergent individuals, embracing the belief that dance is for everyone.

As a mum of an autistic child I completely understand the difficulties involved when attending clubs with your child but please know that ALL emotions are welcome in this class and no one will be judging you!

The classes will be sympathetic to you child’s needs and will purposefully follow the same structure each week so that your child knows exactly what to expect. Sensory items will be incorporated to encourage and support movements.  

It is absolutely not a problem if your child doesn’t participate straight away and it is permitted, in fact encouraged for you to stay with them throughout the lesson.

I will provide a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can feel safe and relaxed. They can explore various dance styles and express themselves freely.
